Side-yard fences may be up to 6 ft tall, starting from the front of the house and running to the rear property line. Residential fences must not be fully solid — some openness is required.
BBackyard
Rear-yard fences may be up to 6 ft tall and must not be fully solid. No barbed wire, spikes, nails, or sharp protrusions are allowed on residential fences.

Setback Requirements
